Job Description:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow-up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates. This role involves identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment process, recommending enhancements, and improving the quality of hire and applicant experience.
• Source talent for Alibaba Cloud’s international roles in Europe, focusing on data center positions. Utilize various international recruitment methods to attract potential candidates and meet talent acquisition targets.
• Monitor employment trends in key regions and assist with industry analyses. Contribute to reports through strategic interviews, providing insights into industry movements, company operations, organizational structures, and the talent market in specific sectors.
• Support employer branding and university engagement strategies globally. Activities include coordinating university presentations, technical events, and promoting employee referral programs.
• Require 1 to 3 years of experience in advanced talent acquisition methods, including Boolean search techniques, familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), and use of various sourcing platforms and innovative recruitment tools.
• Demonstrate skill in employing diverse sourcing strategies.
• Possess an analytical mindset to address challenges effectively.
• Full professional fluency in English; Mandarin listening and speaking skills are required for communication with stakeholders in China.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing within data center operations, technical project management, or related roles.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to build candidate pools, including process improvements and interview conversion rate evaluations.
• Exceptional problem-solving, project coordination, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
