Job summary

Astrea Academy Trust is seeking a Regional Lead Practitioner for Religious Education to support Cambridgeshire secondary schools while remaining in the classroom. You will deliver outstanding RE lessons, contribute to the KS4 curriculum, and work with the Secondary Education Team to drive social mobility and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Raise achievement in KS4 RE by teaching excellent lessons and delivering specialist support.
• Support the design and implementation of an exceptional KS4 curriculum.
• Provide subject-specific curriculum expertise to the Astrea Secondary Curriculum Team.
• Lead on the improvement of scholar outcomes and teaching standards across Trust schools.
• Collaborate with Regional Lead Practitioners, National Subject Leads and Heads of Department to develop curriculum plans, resources, and policies.
