TYPE: Permanent, full-time
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: £35-48K depending on experience, plus good benefits
LOCATION: London (Hybrid style, 2 days a week in the office)
TRAVEL: Regular travel in Europe and Central Asia (~2 trips per month at peak times)

Regional Quality Specialist Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the day-to-day Quality activities within the department
  2. Work with relevant parties to meet their Quality Policy objectives and customer Quality requirements
  3. Look to deliver continual improvement in relation to the department’s performance
  4. Perform audits to measure the level of quality and compliance within the department
  5. Perform or facilitate audits and inspections as per audit and monitoring plan
  6. Provide input to quality management system reviews
  7. Ensure Non-conformances and observations are recorded & reported
  8. Review NCR reports to ensure suitable basic and root causes have been identified and appropriate corrective and preventative actions identified
  9. Ensure lessons learned from incidents are taken into account across the department
  10. Ensures that the company quality expectations are communicated to the workforce
  11. Provides training sessions as per Training Plan & Competency development requirements
  12. Educates workforce on Lessons Learnt from previous & industry findings
  13. Assists teams in identifying/assessing risks, and identifying relevant controls to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP
  14. Ensure all quality documentation and records are issued and maintained in line with specified company documentation requirements
  15. Ensuring that regional procedures and processes are developed and maintained
  16. Support the development of Project Quality Plans
  17. Ensure Suppliers and Subcontractors are identified, evaluated/re-evaluated in line with their requirements
  18. Ensure our Assessed Supplier List is maintained
  19. Ensure our Contractor/Supplier Management standard is implemented
  20. Supporting the Quality approach to their customers
  21. Ensure customer feedback is recorded and actions taken where deemed necessary
  22. Management Review
  23. Ensure relevant and necessary inputs are available
  24. Participation in inventory cycle counts with particular emphasis on ensuring that Yard standards are maintained in accordance with the defined their standards
  25. Provide Quality support in relation to business tenders
  26. Preparation and contribution to monthly quality report/ Management review and global quality meetings
  27. Provide miscellaneous Quality support at the request of the Regional Quality Manager
  28. Travel is required for this role, both domestic and international

Regional Quality Specialist Ideal Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Process industry, preferably within the oil and gas sector
  2. QMS Internal Auditor qualification
  3. Experience in maintaining a Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001:2015 standard
  4. Experience in Quality Management System Auditing, internal, external and 3rd party
  5. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements – knowledge of how to find the changes
  6. Experience in supplier evaluation in related to Quality Management Systems
  7. Experience in developing and presenting training material on various roles and processes
  8. Experience in being the organisation’s Quality face in client meetings
  9. Experience in working with a large range of clients in different locations and understanding complex issues that may arise as a result of different country requirements
  10. Technical knowledge of Tubular products, premium connections and material selection
  11. Experience in using Document Management Systems & MS Office (MS Teams, Visio, etc)
  12. Business level of English
