The company has an annual turnover of over £1 billion and a significant order book. They are expanding their Quality team with 5-6 new positions, including this role based in their Southern region (Birmingham and below), working across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate with site-based Quality members and project leads to ensure adherence to quality principles, including compliance with QP's, ITP's, and RAMS. They will also ensure the company's IMS is maintained and updated promptly, providing training and coaching as needed.

Ideal candidates will have experience working within major infrastructure contractors, be familiar with ISO standards, and understand onsite challenges. They should aim for zero NCRs by project completion, demonstrating a proactive quality mindset.
