Job summary

Project People is seeking a Regional Property Surveyor for a 6-month contract in Reading, with work pattern of two days per week in the office. You will oversee day-to-day estate management of telecom sites, manage leases and rent reviews, and provide commercial property advice to a multi-stakeholder team.

The role requires MRICS/CAAV or equivalent experience and strong communication/negotiation skills, with a focus on regulatory compliance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic property advice to contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve access escalation issues and wayleaves effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed process innovation and deliver quick wins across property landscape.
• Prepare Witness of Fact statements for tribunal proceedings.

We are looking for a Regional Property Surveyor (RPS) to oversee and optimise the operational integrity of our dynamic radio estates portfolio. You'll be an authority on property-related matters and help shape strategic choices that influence nationwide telecommunications infrastructure.

As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll deliver specialist advice to internal departments, external legal and surveying professionals, and interface directly with our shareholders. This role is pivotal in enabling us to fulfil both commercial and regulatory ambitions, including compliance with legislation.

What you'll do
