Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL) invites applications for a Regional Property Surveyor to support the acquisition, retention and life-cycle management of mobile telecoms estates. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding rights, wayleaves and landlord agreements to keep deployment on track.
The role requires knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code, experience with multi-disciplinary teams, and strong stakeholder management to mitigate delivery risk across the network.
Hybrid - 2 days per week in Central Reading
The Regional Property Surveyor plays a key role within MBNL’s Infrastructure & Estates directorate, supporting the acquisition, retention, and in life management of the mobile telecoms estates portfolio. Acting as a point of escalation and subject matter expert, the role works with shareholders, suppliers, and internal teams to secure upgrade rights, wayleaves, and landlord agreements that enable time critical deployment programmes. The role combines technical estate knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and problem solving to ensure delivery remains on track.
Effective estates management is critical to maintaining network performance, enabling deployment, and protecting customer experience. This role ensures complex access, legal, and landlord issues are resolved quickly, supporting timely upgrades and minimising delivery risk across the network. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.
