We are looking for a Regional Property Surveyor (Scotland and North of England) to support the Building Services Manager in managing, developing, and providing surveying and professional property-related services across the UK-wide occupational property portfolio of 250 charity shops.

This role is home-based with significant travel around the region, involving overnight stays. A company car or car allowance will be included in the package.

This role would suit candidates with experience in managing building maintenance, diagnosing and resolving defects, and project management; MRICS is desirable but not essential.
