Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Property Management, LRG seeks a new Regional Manager for our East Anglia Region. The ideal candidate will be a current Head of Property Management with experience managing multiple branches and a large portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve budgeted and enhanced profitability by working closely with the Regional Lettings Director.
  • Empower teams to meet and exceed targets, maintain regular communication with Heads of Centres and Managers through 1:1s and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Lettings Directors and branch division to ensure customer retention and advocacy.
  • Establish and implement measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with private, investor, and corporate landlords; promote local networking and community engagement.
  • Facilitate the integration of new products and services in collaboration with the Regional Lettings Director.
  • Lead and motivate staff to uphold our core values and deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to our Non-Negotiables.
  • Ensure teams provide excellent customer experiences by monitoring reviews and encouraging improvements.
  • Develop talent and succession plans, providing coaching and training to retain and nurture staff.
  • Create operational efficiencies and manage costs while maintaining high service standards.
  • Manage schedules, deadlines, and communication flow through regular meetings and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Empower staff to resolve complaints effectively, escalating when necessary, and managing compensation discussions with approval from the Regional Lettings Director.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Proven experience in the Property Industry
  • Knowledge of current legislation
  • Minimum 5 years of Property Management experience
  • At least 2 years in a Head of Property Management role
  • Full UK Driving License
