About The Role

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented Regional Manager to oversee and carry out small-medium project works across the portfolio of OCS clients throughout the North-East and North-West areas. In this role, you\'ll provide direct support to the business and our clients by quoting and managing various projects, ensuring safe and smooth operations and effective communication. You will liaise with both OCS Regional and senior teams, and clients to ensure that projects are completed to budget within timeframes from conception, through delivery phase and completion / handover. The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with varying complexities and requirements is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Managing and delivering high-value client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and upselling services to existing clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strengthening relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and long-term revenue growth.
  • Efficiency and Optimisation: Streamlining project processes to improve margins and profitability.
  • Quoting projects up to £500k in value
  • Tracking of all relevant documentation, including compliance, quotations, purchase orders, to a high standard
  • Managing labour, materials and subcontractors
  • Managing projects to ensure completion within timeframe and budgets to a high standard
  • Visiting various client sites to advise on technical works and provide support for issues
  • Providing site management cover where required
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with the client & OCS
  • Ensure that health and safety is adhered to at all times
The ideal candidate

Requirements:

  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • Experience in a technical or projects management role
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field is desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Fully qualified building services manager. Qualified in all hard services such as FGas, HVAC etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Full clean UK driving licence
