Job summary

The RCC Programme Manager role, hosted by SDSA Leicester on behalf of East Midlands local authorities, focuses on shaping regional care collaboration across the East Midlands. It requires coordinating complex workstreams, maintaining governance and ensuring measurable delivery against strategic ambitions.

Based in Leicester with hybrid working and regular travel, the post is a fixed-term or secondment opportunity until 31 March 2028, subject to funding and approval. 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme management in health and social care settings is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across organisations and maintain governance.
• Strong coordination, reporting and assurance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated programme plan, milestones and critical path across RCC workstreams.
• Coordinate governance, meetings, papers and action tracking; produce timely reports for RCC Director and partners.
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies and decisions; track delivery against milestones and benefits.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings; support development of a sustainable RCC operating model.
