Job Description:

Position: Regional Program Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage global OEM account businesses.
  • Maintain high-level relationships with strategic customers.
  • Build communication channels with customers and colleagues regionally and globally.
  • Drive business growth with strategic customers and suppliers.
  • Increase customer attachment rate to Arrow Group through cross-selling solutions.
  • Identify unmet customer needs and leverage Arrow Group solutions for additional business.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support customer demand in Asia.
  • Conduct contract reviews and negotiations with partners regionally.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires 8-10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, preferably in Finance, Business Management, or MBA.
  • Experience in global account management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and procurement for large OEM accounts.
  • Ability to develop influential relationships with senior management and executives.
  • Strong communication skills across functions and regions.
  • Analytical thinking and influencing skills.
  • Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, project management, organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • Own transportation required.
