Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Manage Global OEM Account businesses.
  2. Maintain high-level relationships with strategic customers.
  3. Build communication channels with customers and colleagues on regional and global levels.
  4. Drive business growth with strategic customers and suppliers.
  5. Increase customer engagement with Arrow Group through cross-selling solutions.
  6. Identify unmet customer needs and leverage Arrow Group solutions for additional business opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to support customer demand in Asia.
  8. Review contracts and negotiate with partners at the regional level.
What We Are Looking For
  • Typically 8-10 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; preferably in Finance, Business Management, or an MBA.
  • Experience in global account management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and procurement for large OEM accounts.
  • Ability to develop influential relationships with senior management and executives.
  • Strong communication skills across functions and regions.
  • Analytical thinking and influencing skills.
  • Business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Good planning, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Own transportation required.
