Qualifications

• Must have proven experience delivering large residential schemes (£40m+).
• Strong leadership across multiple project teams and sites.
• Solid knowledge of health & safety legislation and construction best practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple live sites.
• Drive health & safety standards across the region.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage and mentor production teams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Oversee programme management, buildability, and value engineering.
• Champion quality, sustainability, and Considerate Constructor standards.
• Support pre-construction activity and future business opportunities.
