The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, your day-to-day will involve:

• Supporting existing accounts across the region and identifying new opportunities to promote a premium range of bespoke mobility products.
• Attending assessments, clinics, exhibitions, and auditing customer loan stock.
• Providing exceptional service while looking for opportunities to add value and grow the brand presence.
• Collaborating with occupational therapists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in Technical Product Support within a comparable or related industry.
• A natural problem-solver with a positive, empathetic approach to customer relationships.
• A strong commitment to customer service and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Based within or near the region stated above and willing to travel-a full UK driving licence is essential (you'll be provided with a Vivaro or similar van).

What's on Offer

• £35,000-£50,000 per year - the lower figure reflects the base salary, the upper end reflects realistic bonus potential based on current team performance.
