We have a fabulous opportunity for a pro-active and driven individual to join us as a Regional Product Manager for the Packaging – North Europe Region. This role is ideal for an ambitious, customer-focused professional eager to be part of an innovative team.

This position plays a key role in our Product Agenda by driving growth through supporting and advancing our innovation process via the gate and stage process. You will collaborate with divisional colleagues and cross-functional teams to bring innovations through the Innovation Stage Gate process, from Product Development to Commercialisation, ensuring the successful deployment of scalable solutions in the region.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Leading the deployment of Innovation in the region as a member of the Commercialisation Squad.
  2. Collaborating with finance, operations, and design teams to effectively commercialise products and ensure successful execution.
  3. Providing regional product and market insights to enhance the products' value proposition.
  4. Supporting the central team during opportunity scoping to enable priority mapping.
  5. Working with regional category managers to define go-to-market strategies and identify target customers and segments.
  6. Assisting local markets in identifying and onboarding relevant target customers and implementing MVP solutions.
  7. Developing market product introduction plans with each regional market.
  8. Commercialising innovation products in each market, including training, sales & marketing collateral, and sales strategy guidance.

About you
  • Strong analytical skills to manage product portfolios.
  • Technical knowledge of our materials, products, and manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects such as costing, MOVC, and pricing.
  • Proven ability to drive results within matrix organizational structures.
  • Inspiring leadership and effective communication skills in Category Product Innovation.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Tenacious, pragmatic, task-oriented, resilient, and capable of bringing clarity and alignment amid ambiguity.
  • Proven experience in product management within a manufacturing environment across multiple countries.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious projects.
