Our Values and Culture: At H&M we believe in fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and inclusivity. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member can thrive. Our values guide our actions and decisions, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for our clients and employees.

Job Description: On this journey, we’re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers. As a Regional Procurement Specialist, you will be a key player in making this happen. You are part of the Regional Construction & Facilities (C&F) team and work closely with the Regional Head of C&F to set the procurement strategy for the region. Together with the C&F teams in the sales markets, you ensure the procurement strategy is implemented with a complete store lifecycle focus, including investments, long-term cost, quality, sustainability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Construction and Facilities management team to set the procurement strategy for your markets and clearly communicate it to all stakeholders.
  • Manage contract governance of the markets through constant follow-up and strategic meetings with vendors, ensuring a strategic and sustainable structure and process.
  • Set and optimize goals and KPIs for procurement and supplier management.
  • Drive initiatives and follow-up results on a quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Manage procurement tools and templates (in H&M Group’s real estate system LIMA and other system support areas) such as RFI/RFP templates, SLAs, and legal templates, with support from Group Expansion.
  • Work closely with all your markets, ensuring understanding of the procurement strategy as well as goals and targets. Analyze the markets for strategic opportunities.
  • Represent your region in procurement forums and act as a speaking partner towards other functions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, designing, driving, and evaluating procurements.
  • Experience in preparing recommendations and presenting procurement cases to various stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in setting and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Experience working in an international, matrix organization with several stakeholders and seniority levels.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region on a frequent basis.

Meriting:

  • Experience in Facility Management, Construction, and/or Real Estate.
  • A degree in Law, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong business mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work strategically, plan ahead, and foresee opportunities and improvements.
  • Analytical, methodical, and conscientious approach to work.
  • Effective collaboration with diverse groups of people to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Coaching mindset, capable of making complex topics understandable to create engagement and buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Leadership in procurement excellence while partnering with local teams who are experts in their categories.

Being part of our omni journey means there is not one clear path. We ask you to be open to change and take part in creating an organization for the future. This is an opportunity for open-minded team players who, by being curious, innovative, and forward-thinking, want to change our business and the whole industry. We ask you to be yourself, drive results, work towards goals, and go for it with everything you’ve got.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment.

We are more about personality and competence - leadership and value driven approach are key. If you feel your experience, skills and ambitions are right for this role, apply by sending your application through the career site as soon as possible but no later than 4th May 2025. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis.

This is a full-time permanent position based in one of our support offices in either Stockholm, Copenhagen or London.
