Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a Regional Planner to lead the Planning function for the Western Region, coordinating across offices and projects. You will drive programme development, control risk and ensure delivery aligned with tender and project workloads.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, strong planning experience, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team. A focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with regional leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Planning function for the Western Region.
• Support the Regional Director to meet regional objectives.
• Plan, manage and monitor Planning resources against tender and project workloads.
• Carry out planning reviews and develop processes for tender and project execution.
• Ensure programme quality assurance per company procedures.
• Provide independent programme performance reporting to regional leadership.
• Promote planning platforms and data security across teams.
• Develop team capability and share knowledge with peers.
