The Role:
This isn't a back-room planning role it's a chance to be a key player in how complex construction packages are delivered on the ground.

You'll be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of multiple structural and enabling projects across London and the South, helping keep programmes on track from preconstruction through to completion.

The Projects:
•Structural alterations, enabling works, and complex subcontract packages
•Projects across residential, commercial, education, and infrastructure sectors
•Values ranging up to £20m

What they're looking for:
•Planning experience within a structural or enabling subcontractor environment
•Proficient in Asta Powerproject (essential) experience with Primavera or MS Project a plus
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
