Position: Regional Personal Training Manager (RPTM)

Location: North England

Salary: £25,000 per annum + performance-based bonuses (OTE: £38,000 - £42,000)

Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible for PT sessions if desired)

Responsibilities

Recruitment

• Source, screen, and interview personal trainer candidates
• Build relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks
• Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding via CRM
• Coordinate with marketing for targeted recruitment efforts

Development

• Lead onboarding sessions and workshops
• Provide CPD opportunities and mentorship
• Organise regional training events and initiatives

Retention

• Conduct regular check-ins with trainers
• Collaborate with gym operators to foster positive environments
• Analyze data to improve strategies

Ideal Candidate

• Passion for personal training and career development
• Experience in recruitment, fitness management, or PT mentoring
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Highly organised with multitasking ability
