Are you ready to manage and develop a dedicated Perms Division covering the commercial sector for a leading National Recruitment Agency that continues to grow stronger? My client is seeking an experienced and passionate Recruitment Manager who can hit the ground running, work remotely, and lead from the front. You will be responsible for building and developing the Midlands Perms division, operating a successful Perms Division with the support of a trusted and recognized industry name. You will recruit a new team and bill yourself while taking full responsibility for the P&L and division development.

Job Description
  1. Develop and run a dedicated Perms Division.
  2. Manage your own Perms desk.
  3. Recruit Perms specialists to build your team.
  4. Motivate your team to increase revenue and meet targets.
  5. Conduct regular one-to-ones with staff.
  6. Hold motivating meetings.
  7. Take responsibility for the P&L of your branch.
  8. Maximize the profitability of the Perms Division.
  9. Provide professional recruitment services to clients and candidates.
  10. Develop and maintain existing client relationships.
  11. Win and develop new business through sales calls and client visits.
Person Specification
  1. Proven experience in the Perms market.
  2. Proven management experience within recruitment.
  3. Sales-oriented.
  4. Flexible approach to work.
