About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office within the Commercial Performance Marketing & eCommerce Department in London, the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe supports strategy and execution of global digital marketing for the group's European hotels, enabling growth of both rooms and auxiliary revenue via the brand website, MandarinOriental.com.

The role is responsible for coordinating the digital activities of the European hotels, aligning both the overarching performance marketing strategy and the local nuances that must be built into the unique performance marketing approach.

The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe prioritizes innovation within performance marketing, utilizing customer targeting and carefully-created marketing content to generate demand. The role aims to grow new customers and increase Group share versus competitors through targeted performance marketing activities.

The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe reports to the Regional Performance Marketing Director Europe.

As the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the activation of the European hotel performance marketing strategy to drive revenue through MO.com and related platforms.
  • Aligning digital marketing strategy with the business needs of the Group and managing agency partners to meet KPIs and business objectives.
  • Managing digital marketing budgets across the European portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and target audiences.
  • Exploring new opportunities to expand performance marketing across customer types and markets.
  • Leading hotel stakeholder relations, ensuring clear communication of digital strategies, plans, and results.
  • Collaborating with consumer and brand marketing teams to develop digital advertising creative and content.
  • Ensuring legal compliance across the performance marketing team, working with data privacy and governance teams.
  • Evolving performance marketing reporting and analytics, incorporating attribution data with CRM insights.
  • Engaging regularly with European hotels to provide best practice guidance on digital activities.
  • Being an ambassador for Mandarin Oriental's customer-first approach.

Candidate requirements include:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Digital/eCommerce with a proven track record of impactful digital marketing results.
  • Background in hospitality or the hotel industry is mandatory (internship experience acceptable).
  • Experience managing external agencies is desirable.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment.
  • A self-starter capable of setting direction, managing daily operations, and executing effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic statistical analysis).
  • Suitable for a junior to mid-level professional with hands-on digital experience and operational capability.
