Regional People Partner - UK - HR, People Relations, Performance Management, UK Employment Law, Work

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Regional People Partner (Contract) to join a dynamic and collaborative EMEA People Team. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders and implementing global HR strategies across the UK region. This role covers approximately 1,200 employees across business divisions and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders, supporting performance management, ER, and change initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver regional HR projects including restructures, M&A activities, and TUPE processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Divisional People Partners on a variety of people initiatives and programs.
  • Provide guidance on people policies, terminations, compliance, and engagement efforts.
  • Support the local execution of global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of HR experience within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Proven ability to influence and build effective partnerships across all levels of the business.
  • Confident managing complex HR projects (eg, M&A, restructures, TUPE).
  • Comfortable working with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems - Workday preferred.
