Job description

Regional People Partner | FIELD-BASED (Southern England, Wales, NI & ROI)

We’re looking for an incredible Regional People Partner to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting our Store Managers and Area Managers across your region. You’ll be a trusted advisor, coach, and change-maker—helping to shape people plans, build capability, and drive engagement across our retail teams.

You’ll work closely with leaders to deliver meaningful people initiatives, support employee relations, and ensure our stores are high-performing, engaged, and ready for the future.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Act as a trusted People Partner to Area and Store Managers across your region.
  • Deliver the regional People Plan, supporting with coaching, training, and guidance.
  • Lead on talent planning, succession, and recruitment support in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Champion employee engagement and support stores in reviewing and acting on feedback.
  • Support complex ER cases and ensure consistent, commercial advice is given.
  • Play a key role in new store openings, TUPE transfers, and organisational change.
  • Attend area meetings and maintain a regular presence in stores across the region.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Team to ensure alignment across L&D, Talent, and Policy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it) with strong HR generalist experience.
  • Previous experience in a People Partner or HR Advisor role, ideally in retail.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Confidence in coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary effectively.
