Job Description:
  • Support the Regional People HR Team with HR transactional administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle, including sending contracts and entering new hire data into the HR system.
  • Assist with triaging and responding to HR queries via the HR Freshservice ticketing system.
  • Support the probation review process.
  • Manage leaver processes and coordinate exit interviews.
  • Collaborate with the Regional People team to develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support on employee relations and HR generalist queries.
  • Build effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Assist with analytical reporting and interpretation.
  • Perform any other administrative, employee safety, welfare, and wellness education tasks assigned by Ergomed management.
Qualifications:
  • University Degree, preferably in HR or Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in HR administration or similar roles.
  • Entry-level HR knowledge, adaptable and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle day-to-day issues independently.
  • Practical training or study provides the necessary knowledge for the role.
  • Ability to work under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
