The Team:
The Europe and Middle East (EMEA) Payroll Team is responsible for delivering pay services across the region. Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager, you will ensure accurate pay service delivery and compliance with tax and legal obligations.
You will collaborate with pay delivery teams, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, Global Mobility, and HR Leadership.
This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to resolve complex tax and pay issues and advise stakeholders. Flexibility, multitasking, and effective time management are essential to meet multiple deadlines. Proactively identifying and mitigating employee and firm-level issues is also critical.
