Regional Payroll Manager - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Location: Reading (2 days per week in office)

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced payroll leader with strong EMEA expertise? Our client is seeking a Regional Payroll Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals across multiple regions
  • Oversee payroll operations across diverse markets
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver payroll transformation projects
  • Shape and implement new payroll policies
  • Ensure compliance through successful management of internal and external audits
  • Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential
Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in EMEA payroll management
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading remote/regional teams
  • Fluent in English and French (both essential)
  • A proactive leader with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and best practice
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement & payroll projects
