Job summary

BSW Group is seeking a Regional Pallet Logistics Manager to lead our multi-site regional operation across the North Region. You will manage our own fleet and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective pallet movements while delivering outstanding customer service.

This senior leadership role focuses on continuous improvement, compliance and business growth, with travel across sites and a strong emphasis on KPI management and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in transport or logistics operations management.
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance, fleet operations, and KPI management.
• Experience managing P&L and budgets; proficient in data analysis.
• Willingness to travel across regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day regional logistics operations.
• Oversee fleet and subcontractor performance to meet service levels.
• Monitor KPIs, cost reduction initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage driver performance, attendance, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with Operator Licence and transport legislation.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide regional operational support.
• Build relationships with site management, customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and drive improvements for service and profitability.
• Support business projects and deputise for the Group Logistics Manager as needed.
