Job summary

Neo Property Solutions Limited is hiring a full-time Painter (Doors / Windows) to support operations across the East Midlands, including Northampton and surrounding areas. You will paint doors and windows on customer premises as you travel between sites, following joiners and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ painting/decorating experience, NVQ/City & Guilds, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years painting and decorating experience.
• NVQ / City & Guilds (painting & decorating) or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint finishes to doors and windows.
• Work across occupied buildings (hospitals, schools, housing, offices).
• Follow company procedures, maintain safety and quality standards.
