Wonderfield Group is recruiting an Operations Support Manager for the Northern region, based at Head Office. You will provide day-to-day operational support across the north, working with Regional Managers, franchise partners and internal teams.

In this role you will analyse performance data, support regional projects and ensure operational standards are implemented. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across the Northern region with Regional Managers, franchise partners and internal teams.
• Support the delivery of operational standards, processes and business initiatives, ensuring requirements are understood and implemented.
• Analyse operational and commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for action.
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of regional projects, new initiatives and operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, franchise partners and internal stakeholders, and travel as required.
