Job summary

Wonderfield Group is hiring an Operations Support Manager for the North, based at Head Office. You will provide day-to-day operational support across the Northern region, coordinating with Regional Managers and franchise partners to maintain standards and deliver priorities.

You’ll analyse performance data, support regional projects and lead practical improvements in a fast-paced food service environment. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced multi-site retail, hospitality or food service.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and customer service.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support across the Northern region for Regional Managers and franchise partners.
• Support delivery of operational standards, processes and business initiatives.
• Analyse operational and commercial performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate and implement regional projects and operational improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and travel as required.
