CitySprint is seeking an Operations Support Manager Out of Home to support the DPD Out of Home programme across a defined region. You’ll focus on performance, compliance and supplier management, helping drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

UK-based with regional travel to 11–14 DPD depots, you’ll monitor route performance, conduct audits, and collaborate with DPD regional teams to optimise costs and service excellence. DBS check is required.

Formación

• Experience within logistics or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing supplier, courier, or third‑party performance.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse operational data and identify trends or issues.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience working with operational systems and reporting tools.
• A proactive and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Confidence working cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the day‑to‑day performance of Key Suppliers within your region.
• Building strong relationships with DPD depot and regional teams.
• Carrying out regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with operational and H&S standards.
• Monitoring route performance (utilisation, mileage, service levels).
• Supporting onboarding of new suppliers and route rollouts.
• Providing insights to support cost control, invoicing accuracy, and margin protection.
• Identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining accurate operational data across systems including CityTrak, Salesforce, and DPD platforms.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Acting as a CitySprint ambassador with suppliers and partners.
