About the opportunity:

At Libertatem, we provide exceptional, high-quality care – and we need an outstanding Regional Operations Manager to make it happen. If you’re a strategic thinker, a people-focused leader, and an operational powerhouse, this could be your next big move.

You’ll be at the forefront of our regional care delivery, leading Field Care Managers and working closely with Senior Nurse Managers to ensure care services run smoothly and to the highest standards. From team leadership and carer engagement to service quality, recruitment, and business growth, this role is all about making a meaningful impact where it matters most.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & People Management – Lead, inspire, and support regional care teams, driving engagement, retention, and professional growth.
  2. Operational Excellence – Ensure services are well-staffed, efficient, and compliant with CQC/CIW/RQIA regulations.
  3. Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Oversee regional hiring, ensure vacancies are filled efficiently, and support new care package mobilisations.
  4. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with clients, families, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  5. Performance & Growth – Drive KPI success in carer retention, recruitment speed, package retention, and service expansion.
  6. Crisis Management & On-Call Support – Be a proactive problem-solver, ensuring smooth service delivery at all times.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong leadership experience in a field-based operational role
  • Background in healthcare, social care, or domiciliary care (Complex Care, related regulations, and CQC knowledge is a big plus!)
  • A hands-on, solution-focused approach to operational challenges
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment, workforce planning, and service quality
  • Experience using workforce management systems (One Touch is a bonus!)

In return, we are offering:

  • Salary up to £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Comprehensive training and development opportunities
  • Annual leave – 25 days plus bank holidays
  • The opportunity to work with skilled teams delivering compassionate, client-centred care
  • Support for personal and professional development in a dynamic, values-driven organisation
