Driver Hire Borders is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the profitability and performance of Pump & Power depots. The Role:
GAP Pump & Power Services Division provide advice, servicing, maintenance and repair for generators, dewatering & sewerage pump applications. This includes a large range of hoses, settlement tanks and water processing solutions.
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising the profitability and effectiveness of the Pump & Power depots within the dedicated Region. This includes recruiting, monitoring and managing the performance of the staff. You will strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing a consistent high quality of service, equipment, premises and people.
Managing the General Managers within the division, you will also be responsible for producing accurate monthly KPI reports, identifying any failings relating to depot operations and providing solutions for improvement.
**This role will cover our Pumps North region so candidates must be prepared for frequent travel between Durham - Leeds - Lincoln - Warrington - Harthill and Elgin. We will consider candidates located anywhere across this region.
