SES Engineering Services in Scotland is seeking an Operations Manager to join our North team, overseeing a portfolio of complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the region.

You will lead regional delivery, build a capable team, ensure governance and production control, and contribute to tenders while monitoring forecasts and cost planning. The role offers career progression within a supportive, diverse team and competitive benefits.

About The Role
