Regional Operations Manager (FT 1 year - Maternity Cover)
Location:Office-based, with flexibility across our London locations
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

What’s the role?
We are looking for apassionate and dynamic Regional Operations Managerto oversee the daily operations of our flexible workplaces. You will lead a team, drive innovation, and ensure our offices run seamlessly.
What will you be doing?
Driving growth & innovation– Implement strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and improve services.
Building strong relationships– Engage with your clients, colleagues, and suppliers to create a positive and productive environment.
Operational excellence– Ensure all workplaces in your region run smoothly, cost-effectively, and in line with company policies.
Maximizing profitability & occupancy– Work with your teams to maintain and increase revenue.
Delivering exceptional customer service– Support Workplace Managers in providing a world-class experience for clients.
Coaching & developing teams– Foster a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
Client retention & renewals– Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have:
§6+ years of operational management experience(preferably in serviced offices, coworking, hospitality, or property management).
§Excellent problem-solving skills– You take ownership, make sound decisions, and use challenges as learning opportunities.
§Strong leadership & coaching abilities– You inspire and develop high-performing teams.
§Outstanding communication skills– You build strong relationships at all levels.
§A proactive & resilient mindset– You remain calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
§Financial acumen and P&L experience –You understand budgets, cost control and can interpret P&L reports
§IT proficiency– You’re comfortable with operational software and tools.
