We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to work for a successful and growing Recruitment Agency managing 6 branches specializing in Driving Recruitment. You will be supported by an award-winning, forward-thinking, industry-leading agency and receive assistance from Senior Managers. Our client has offices throughout the Midlands (Rugby, Manchester, Oxford, etc.), allowing for remote work or from your nearest branch.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Driving Sector and currently hold a similar role as a Regional Manager across the East Midlands.

This role requires a proactive, "hands-on" approach. The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Experience working with P & L
  • Ability to manage teams remotely
