Location: Wiltshire | Oversight of 4 Homes

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care to children and young people? We're looking for a dedicated Area Manager to join a well-established provider and oversee the running of four high-quality children's homes in Wiltshire.

This is a crucial leadership role that requires someone who is not only commercially astute but also deeply committed to maintaining exceptional care standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager, ideally with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
  • Strong working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and best practice in residential childcare
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across multiple services
  • Commercial and quality-focused, with the ability to balance both to achieve the best results for young people
  • A visible, hands-on leader who is present and engaged across services
  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management desirable but not essential
