Proven experience as a Registered Manager, ideally with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
Strong working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and best practice in residential childcare
A strategic mindset with the ability to lead teams and influence outcomes across multiple services
Commercial and quality-focused, with the ability to balance both to achieve the best results for young people
A visible, hands-on leader who is present and engaged across services
Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management desirable but not essential
Competitive salary of up to £65,000 per annum
