Overview

We are currently recruiting a Regional Operations Manager who will take on the exciting opportunity to lead 15 Premier Inn hotels across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with locations including Belfast, Dublin and the Isle of Man – with additional new openings in the pipeline! Our Regional Operations Managers play a key role in our business, spotting talent, developing people and leading our teams to do what they love most - making our guests happy!

Salary up to £82,000 per annum plus benefits

Responsibilities
  • Uphold high levels of customer service and brand standards across Premier Inn hotels in the region; drive sales and business KPI targets to deliver growth; empower managers to deliver exceptional service; create a culture of high performance across Whitbread sites.
  • Be visibly present across site locations, leading multi-site operations with 10+ sites and large teams; spot talent, develop people and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
  • Build positive working relationships across the business to share best practice and continually optimise business opportunities for Whitbread.

  • Natural leader who is resilient, adaptable to change, and not afraid to make tough decisions; able to build positive working relationships and drive results.
