What You'll Do
- Lead the tendering and estimation process for high-profile commercial projects
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector
- Oversee subcontractors and project delivery teams, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain rigorous standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance
- Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and performance
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering glazing or similar projects in the commercial sector
- Strong track record of managing tenders, budgets, and project deadlines
- Excellent subcontractor and client relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities and drive growth
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
- Industry certifications (e.g. CSCS card) would be advantageous
