Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Regional Operations Manager to join our growing leadership team at The Old Station Nursery Group .

This is a pivotal role where youll inspire and guide a team of Area Managers, championing high standards across a thriving region of nurseries. With your passion for early years, operational excellence mindset, and commercial acumen, youll drive quality, performance, people capability and growth, ensuring every nursery within your region delivers exceptional care and education for children and families.

What are we looking for?

• A proven regional leader with early years or education sector experience (multi-site is a must)
• Commercially minded, with a strong track record in budget ownership and performance delivery
• Inspirational, authentic leadership style, a leader who can empower, support, and challenge providing clarity, direction and stretch.
• Deep understanding of early years education and regulation, with relevant EY qualification and experience.
