About the Role

As an area manager, you will oversee the operations of multiple nursery sites, ensuring that each location meets the company's standards for quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of 9 nursery sites.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance performance.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least Level 3 in Childcare
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the nursery or childcare sector.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Early Years.
  • Area/multisite management within early years childcare.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with early childhood education programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the childcare industry.
  • Experience with Ofsted.
