A leading global FM service provider seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations for educational facilities in East London. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety legislation while managing service delivery budgets effectively. Key qualifications include experience in technical and soft services management, IOSH Managing Safely certification, and multi-site management expertise.
Insight Executive Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading global FM service provider who are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to cover East London on their Education/PFI portfolio of schools and academies.
This is a permanent role with a starting salary of GBP48k.
You would be responsible for the safe operational delivery of all FM services to the portfolio of schools within the schools contract, ensuring that the service is delivered in accordance with all contracted standards & legislation, company policies and procedures as well as ensuring that all company employees, contractors and visitors comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation and site policies and procedures.
You woud also manage the delivery of the services such that all aspects of the service delivery are continually monitored, measured and reviewed to ensure that the contract remains within the operational profit and loss (P & L) budget and the financial targets within the company business plan are achieved or exceeded.
