A well-known Private Care Group seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple care homes in the Greater London area. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading multi-site operations, delivering high standards in compliance and financial outcomes, and possess effective commercial acumen. Travel will be required approximately three days a week. This role offers the opportunity to promote innovation and foster a values-driven culture.

Venn Group have been engaged on a search for a Regional Operations Manager, for a well known Private Care Group.

The role will report into the Director of Operations and will have ownership/oversight for operations across 5/6 Care Homes around the London area.

Although this role will be based in Buckinghamshire, travel will be required to various dotted around London c. 3 days per week (car allowance/petrol mileage provided).

Applicants don't necessarily have to have Private Healthcare experience, but must be commercially strong with expertise managing multiple sites within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a group of care homes, delivering high standards in operations, compliance, and financial outcome
  • Support and mentor General Managers to build engaged, high-performing teams with a culture of accountability and growth
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement, using data and best practice to raise service quality and efficiency
  • Take responsibility for governance, regulatory requirements, and effective risk management across the region
  • Strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders while fostering a values-driven, resident-focused culture.
Requirements
