  • Champion innovation and service excellence across care, dining, lifestyle, and operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across all functions to align goals and improve performance.
  • Uphold and promote our culture — warm, inclusive, and built on trust and accountability.

Team Development & Performance

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture where team members feel empowered to thrive.
  • Identify and develop future leaders within your region.

Quality, Governance & Compliance

  • Lead efforts on regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and risk management.
  • Ensure each home remains inspection-ready daily, maintaining a relentless focus on quality.

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build trusted relationships with key partners including the CQC, NHS, and local authorities.
  • Represent Signature with pride and professionalism both internally and externally.
