We are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager overseeing a large team and a portfolio of education contracts within a growing Contract Caterer.

This is a pivotal role for the business and requires a senior operator who has extensive experience within state education Contract Catering.

About the role

  • Overseeing an established team of 5 Operations Managers and a portfolio of education contracts
  • Contract mobilisations, retention and development are a key part of this role
  • Mentoring, onboarding, and training your senior team
  • You will be involved in the tender process as the company grows
  • Building and developing client relationships

Ideal Regional Operations Manager -

  • Contract Catering experience at a senior level is a must, ideally within state education
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for catering
