Overview

We are currently recruiting a Regional Operations Manager who will lead 15 Premier Inn hotels across Northern Ireland and Ireland, including Belfast, Dublin and the Isle of Man, with additional new openings in the pipeline. Our Regional Operations Managers play a key role in spotting talent, developing people and leading teams to do what they love most – making our guests happy.

Salary up to £82,000 per annum plus benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Uphold high levels of customer service and brand standards across all sites within the region.
  • Drive sales and achieve business KPI targets to support growth and the company’s agenda.
  • Be visibly present across site locations and empower site managers to deliver exceptional service.
  • Create and sustain a culture of high performance and engagement to attract, develop and reward top talent.
  • Lead and manage multi-site operations with a focus on operational excellence, guest experience, and profitability.
Requirements / Experience
  • Proven multi-site management experience (ideally 10+ sites) with large teams, in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to make tough decisions and optimise opportunities for Whitbread.
  • Natural leadership and motivational skills, capable of building positive relationships across the business and sharing best practice.
  • Adaptable to change and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
