In this pivotal leadership role, you will be accountable for regional operational performance, ensuring the successful delivery of contracts whilst driving commercial performance and margin growth. You will champion compliance, customer satisfaction, and service quality, ensuring the highest standards are consistently achieved across all operations.

You will lead the regional delivery of Operations and Maintenance contracts, ensuring safe, compliant, efficient, and commercially effective performance across all sites, contracts, and customer portfolios.
Providing clear leadership, direction, and governance to Contract Managers and Operations Managers, you will ensure contractual obligations, operational standards, financial targets, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
