Our Mission 🚀

We are an impact-driven company that aims to build the future of logistics for a more sustainable world: shared, efficient and reliable. We are committed to creating a new standard for urban deliveries that meet today’s environmental and social challenges while offering a premium delivery experience blending speed, flexibility and convenience.

Stuart is a highly diverse and inclusive company with employees from different nationalities and backgrounds working across France 🇫🇷, Poland 🇵🇱, Spain 🇪🇸 and the UK. 🇬🇧

It’s the right moment and the right place for us to make an impact on millions of people, as home delivery services hit a record high. And guess what? You can help us fulfil our vision 🙌

Let’s talk about the City Operations team

At Stuart, our Operations team ensures world-class delivery experiences across every city we serve. We’re the driving force behind smooth, efficient, and reliable performance, balancing exceptional client service with smart, sustainable growth.

Working closely with our commercial, data, and product teams, we use insights to make impactful decisions every day. We’re passionate about improvement, always seeking better ways to operate, smarter tools to use, and innovative ideas to bring to life.

From launching new clients to setting daily and weekly incentives that keep our delivery network running seamlessly, Operations plays a central role in shaping Stuart’s success story.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you’ll lead this mission, driving operational excellence, supporting teams across multiple cities, and turning strategy into action to deliver exceptional results for our clients and couriers alike.

About The Role 🚀

We’re looking for a Regional Manager based in our London office to join the UK Operations team. Reporting to the UK Regional Manager Lead, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across multiple cities, combining data-driven analysis, project management, and strategic execution to deliver world-class service for our clients.

You will act as a central operator and thought partner across teams, pinpointing improvement opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring meticulous delivery. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Our hybrid working model entails 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) working in our office located at King's Cross Station.

What will I be doing? 🤔
  • Lead the daily operations for our on-demand clients across a portfolio of cities, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction
  • Own operational and financial performance, making data-led decisions to align supply and demand efficiently
  • Use SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g. Superset, Power BI, or similar) to extract insights, identify trends, and drive actionable improvements
  • Plan, scope, and execute medium-to high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and measurable business impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Commercial, and Quality teams to optimise courier availability, onboarding, and delivery experience
  • Partner with the Commercial team to support and manage new store rollouts and client launches, from scoping through to execution
  • Create and present impactful decks and reports to communicate findings, align stakeholders, and influence operational strategy
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify process gaps, advocate for scalable, strategic solutions, and contribute to the mid-to long-term operational roadmap
What do we need from you? 😎
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance immediate priorities and long-term improvements
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable making decisions with minimal supervision
  • Curious, forward-thinking, and not afraid to challenge the status quo to drive impact
The stuff you wanna know 😉
  • Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development 🎉
  • Hybrid working model and flexible hours ✨
Current benefits include:
  • Food allowance £200 monthly (groceries/restaurants/food apps etc) 🥗
  • Stuart is putting Mental Health Awareness first! Wellness Allowance to use in any gym or sport class🧘
  • Cycle to work scheme 🚲
  • Private healthcare provided by Aviva 🏞
  • 30 days working from anywhere per year
  • Birthday day off
  • Tenure days
