A leading construction and engineering firm is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites. Job description

Location: 1 x London North and 1 x East Anglia - Hybrid working available, with travel to the office and sites weekly as required. Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll be working within the PFI Contracts team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites. Your day to day will include:

  • Leading the delivery of Hard and Soft FM services across the PFI portfolio to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety, and contractual obligations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with public sector partners
  • Driving performance improvement and implementing best practices
  • Managing budgets, financial performance, and risk mitigation plans

You have a proven track record in delivering complex commercial maintenance and repair services within major contracts - this is essential. You also have:

  • Extensive FM experience and knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of PFI/PPP contracts, particularly in Health, Education, and Local Authority environments
  • Experience as a strong, emotionally intelligent leader with experience managing diverse teams and complex employee relations
